Short build cycles with working software your team can react to. Every cycle ends with your reviewers checking real outputs against your standards.
Delivery and onboarding
We deliver the tool with training for the staff who will use it, documentation for the staff who will support it, and a clear picture of what it does and does not do.
Ongoing support
Custom work does not end at handover. We agree on a support arrangement so the tool keeps working as your needs, materials, and curriculum change.
From custom work to product modules
Some of the problems we solve for one authority turn out to be problems many authorities share. When that happens, custom work can become the starting point for a reusable product module. Our lesson planning product grew out of exactly this kind of partnership work.
We are honest about the limits of this: not every custom project becomes a product, and we never promise that yours will. What we do promise is that your project is built to solve your problem first, and that if broader reuse is on the table, we discuss it with you openly before anything is generalized.
Ownership and intellectual property
Ownership and usage rights are set out in each project agreement, and we keep that conversation plain-spoken: before work begins, we agree in writing on what you own, what we retain, and how anything derived from the work may be reused. Your data and your materials remain yours.
The specifics vary by project, so we do not publish standard contract terms here. If IP arrangements matter to your procurement process (and they usually do), raise them in the first conversation and we will walk through them with you.
