CALGARY, CANADA
Built from research.
Run for schools.
Honeybee Logic is a Canadian education technology company making AI tools that schools actually want teachers to use.
Where we came from
Honeybee Logic began as a research collaboration with the Connect Charter School in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, exploring how AI could support real classroom work, not in the abstract but in the daily routines of planning, drafting, and reviewing that fill a teacher's week.
That work became a company in July 2024. The research roots still show in how we build: we start from evidence about how schools actually work, we test with the educators who will use the tools, and we are careful about what we claim.
What we're here to do
Our mission is simple to say and hard to do: build school-ready, curriculum-aware AI workflows that respect teacher judgment and earn the trust of the school authorities that adopt them.
We combine paid custom development with reusable subscription products, starting from Lesson Planner, the daily work where better drafting helps most, and growing toward the wider set of planning, reporting, and communication tasks that fill a school year.
